I Love City Life

After 12 years in Bangalore, I have turned into a city person.

I like the rush and noise of city life. I like going to night clubs and bars. (Well, now that I don’t drink, I don’t go to places that might act as a trigger but knowing that I have the option is kind of assuring.)

I like that I can eat whatever I please.

The bright city lights and the depleting horizon make me feel poetic and that too not in a sad way.

But there are times when I miss the North East. And I wonder why a place so beautiful and blessed with the greenest of lands and bluest of skies had to have so many of my relatives… all of them… 😭😭😭

I love city life, especially, because of the anonymity and freedom it offers…
