Did Anjali Sharma Complete Her Studies?
So, I woke up this morning all happy and romantic. For some reasons, I thought of Kuch Kuch Hota Hai, and I started humming the title song.
I took my towel, went to the bathroom, turned on the shower, the film running in my mind.
Then, all of sudden, I started wondering if Anjali Sharma had completed her education… I mean she was heartbroken after finding out that her best friend, Rahul Khanna was madly in love with Tina Malhotra, and she left for home after that.
Later in life, she got the love of her life but what about her studies? Did she join some other college in her hometown? Did she complete her graduation through some distance learning option? Was distance learning even a thing back in those days? IGNOU was there probably. ‘I will check it later.’ Or maybe teaching dance in summer camps was all she did… Nothing wrong with that.
Then I started wondering what if the BJP remains in power for the next 50 years. Will there be summer camps at all? Or it will be made mandatory for kids to go to the Shakhas during vacations.
By the end of the long bath, the romance was all dead. And I was singing, “We shall overcome someday…”
Something is wrong with me. Anyway, did Anjali Sharma complete her studies?
